
The newly restored Signature Restaurant and Brasserie are now open!


‘Mark Greenaway at the Haweswater Hotel’ is a fine dining restaurant offering expertly crafted and refined tasting and al a carte menus, encapsulating the very essence of effortless creative elegance, reflecting Mark’s ethos of seasonal, local produce in a truly picturesque location.
Star dishes will include enticing new creations alongside some of his signature dishes such as BBQ shiitake mushrooms on toast or 11-hour slow roast pork belly and indulgent sticky toffee pudding soufflé as demonstrated by the chef on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
Both the à la carte and tasting menus are available in both the bar and restaurant from 5.30 to 9pm seven days a week.


The hotel is now home to ‘Brasserie 37’, named after the year the hotel was completed.
We continue to serve some of your favourites alongside uncomplicated, brasserie-style food to the highest standards.
Guests can enjoy warm hearths of roaring log fires, a delightful art deco bar, a relaxing environment, exquisite reassuring dishes combined with Mark’s signature refinement, with an equal focus of seasonal and local produce.
The brasserie menu is available 12-5pm Sunday - Thursday and 12-7pm Friday & Saturday.
Our menu changes seasonally and always includes vegetarian and fish dishes, we are happy to accommodate all dietary requirements.
